So I went and worked for about three hours, the boss let me go home due to the excessive drunkards he was having to kick out anyway. Today's blackout party was lower than low of the blackout parties. Drunken men, mostly young boys and lonely men, the occasional unexpected guest that just wanted some electricity. The only difference about today is the cafe turned into a farm for the flu, with everyone coughing and sneezing by the end of the day everyone would be sick. The cafe also turned into more of a soup kitchen, people came to get the hot food left by casa de waffle. There was one group of young guys that came in, most likely drunk from the night before since all they had to eat was beer because they obviously cant feed themselves specially during a blackout. Well they came in all together went and tried to steal all the casa de waffle and sleep in the chairs next to the heater. Right before the boss was about to kick them out a guy walked in, the WTF radio host, Devon Tresp. He shouted "time to go fellas" and all of the guys stood up and walked out not saying a word. Devon was obviously the responsible friend in the group, probably the only one with a job. He seemed use to this situation by the way he walked in yelled and they all just listened and left.

Four
So today is going to lead to a very long weekend, due to the fact that I am sitting at home sick as a dog with the flu; thanks to the so called clinic who gave away flu vaccines with dirty needles which lead to me actually having the flu and no medicine. Not only has the whole town come down with the flu we are in the mits of tropical storm force stormes. My building hasn't had power since about three yesterday afternoon. The worst part about it is I still have to work. Power outages and big storms bring a lot of business from the bored and lonely men of the town. Isabella's Cafe is usually the only place in town during big storms that have power, a few years ago they purchased a big generator to keep business going when theres nothing else to do. Casa de Waffle usually brings over what ever the kitchen has to Isabellas and feed us before our power outage shift. I dont think Casa de Waffle can help fix my crummy feeling this morning. My boss said that I could just go for a while but that half his girls have the flu and he needs us in today.
